Central location so close to a restaurant or pub and the Town & local beaches, beautiful Cornwall coastline, it was in a nice quiet area. Had lunch/dinner at Rustom Restaurant, which I found at a medium distance from the hotel. The room was brand-new and decent size and the breakfast was savoury. The bathroom was reasonably large, that's important.
